Postage & Handling
Dispatch Timeframe
Orders are usually sent within two business days and you will be notified via email once your order is dispatched. During sale periods and public holidays orders may take longer to process and dispatch.
Australian shipping
We offer free standard shipping for orders over $150.
Orders under $150, we have a flat rate standard shipping of $10.95, express shipping $14.45.
Local orders from Mildura can be delivered for free.
All orders are dispatched from Mildura Victoria 3500 and delivery timeframe is usually 1-9 business days however this may vary depending on where you live in Australia.
Once your order is dispatched, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking details.
Terms and conditions
Return to sender
If your parcel is sent back to us ‘returned to sender’ due to your order not being collected within the courier’s timeframe or address is invalid the following applies;
- We can resend you your order however you will be required to pay for the shipping charges and the return to sender fee or;
- We can refund you for the item cost (shipping not refundable) and you will be required to pay for the return to sender fee.
Authority to leave
If you select ‘authority to leave’ your parcel at your delivery address it is your responsibility for any missing orders and No Sog Straws will not be held liable.
Order not delivered
If your order is not delivered within the expected timeframe we will open an investigation with the courier. We will only provide a refund once your order is located or determined lost and your investigation is complete.
