What can I return?
You may request to return most items you buy from No Sog Straws within the return window period for a credit note, except those that are explicitly identified as not returnable on the product detail page.
If you have received items that are faulty, physically damaged, defective or have missing parts they can be returned. Customers must contact No Sog Straws via email within 2 days of delivery to raise their complaint and attach images of proof.

Returns policy
- Items are returnable within the return window period of 14 days for Australia.
- If items are faulty a complaint and attached images of proof must be emailed to info@nosogstraws.com.au within 2 days of delivery.
- Customers are responsible for return postal costs. For faulty items only No Sog Straws will cover cost of postage within Australia if images show proof of fault.
- Returns will be processed only if:
- It is determined that the item was not damaged while in your possession;
- The items are unused and no different from what was shipped to you;
- The items are returned in original condition (with the brand’s/manufacturer’s packaging, tags intact and all other accessories therein)
- For approved item returns you will receive an emailed credit note for the item cost of what you paid (shipping costs are not refundable). We do not offer exchanges.
- Approved faulty items for Australia- when faulty items are returned you will receive a replacement of the product you bought if in stock otherwise you will receive a refund for the item cost of what you paid to your original method of payment within 5-7 business days.
- Items marked as “non-returnable” on the product detail page cannot be returned such as sale items (unless faulty) and gift vouchers.
